The Terror Free Oil Initiative has plastered a billboard at 50th and Dodge Streets in Omaha. You can see it and read about it here.

It seems some folks have not forgotten about the 9-11 attacks.

Too bad we can’t see this billboard in Times Square, where it would serve as helpful reminder.

Yes, Dick. It would be a helpful reminder that invading Iraq was a really freaking stupid idea, that under the Bushies, the people that hit us are stronger than they were 6 years ago, that Osama is still at large, and that President Harkin and Vice President Halliburton have done absolutely nothing -- zippo -- about getting the country off foreign oil.

I'm sure the city that endured the worst of the 9/11 attacks appreciates your helpful suggestion.
