It's just not clear why Putz thinks this is so damn funny.
"ONE YEAR LATER, some Katrina victims still slow to respond."This cheap photo gag Putz posted on the anniversary of the storm's impact was creepy and tasteless enough. But the fact that he's still playing this horrible tragedy which killed 2,000 Americans and wiped out an American city for laughs is pretty sick.
