After reading this piece on Steven Boylan, I've concluded that the Colonel is nothing more than Bob Owens with a job. Much like our beloved Wankee, or a bad penny, he's sure to turn up in comments to defend his (dubious) honor.
Incidentally, have Mr. Mah Grill! and the Colonel ever been spotted in the same room?
