I hate the current federal tax system because it's far too flat, too complex, protects special interests and the rich -- and is generally a pain in the ass.
So I guess I'm a Democrat that doesn't "like taxes" or something.

Taxes are the dues we pay for living in a civilized society...but thanks to the Republicans and their rich corporate fatcat buddies, we're only just holding on to that distinction.
