According to the latest CBS/NYT poll, the Teabaggers are about 1% African-American. Further, they are more likely to think that "too much has been made" about the problems that face blacks.

Given that backround, it's pretty easy to see why Putz, Teabagger propagandist-in-chief, promotes images like these.
