Althouse links to footage of Barney Frank reaming Ralph Nader. She says:

Well, no. Althouse -- perhaps by accident! -- left off the rest of Frank's sentence: "in the regulatory area."

Now, even a crypto-conservative like Althouse probably isn't against increased financial regulation.
