Well, I for one am relieved. In fact, my entire world view has been completely reversed. Now I can see that the War to Liberate Iraq has been a complete success, that as we speak, $90/barrel oil revenues are replacing the $2+ trillion we've already committed to spending on this war, that the roads of Iraq have been lain with flowers, not IEDs. Our 4,000 soldiers are returning to life, limbs and faculties are being returned to tens of thousands more formerly thought to be languishing in inadequately funded veterans hospitals throughout America and those previously wait-listed for psychological counseling for PTSD are now released from those lists because that treatment is no longer needed. Meanwhile, in Iraq, millions are returning home, hundreds of thousands more are restored to life and wholeness, Sunni and Shi'a and Kurd are embracing in brotherhood and our triumphant forces have found and eradicated those weapons of mass destruction which were threatening our very existence.

All because someone finally fact-check some punk kid's exaggerated war journal.
