Putz: for global tests before he was against them!

Remember in '04 when wingnuts shrieked and screamed that Kerry would give foreign leaders a veto on our foreign policy, mocking his "global test" comment in one of the debates, and that we should never, ever, under any circumstances let other countries dictate our actions?

Yeah, forget all that.

Putz would like John Howard to have veto power over our foreign policy. It couldn't be any clearer.
