Tom DeLay thinks the two GOP front-runners suck.

On Rudy:

"I can't vote for somebody that's for abortion," DeLay told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on the Situation Room. "I never have, and I never will."

Gee, never saw that comin'.

On St. McCain:

"I don't think he'll get very far because he is not -- does not reflect the vast majority of the party," DeLay said.

Make no mistake: the GOP is still very much the party that Tom built. Romney could be the guy if he convinces the fundies that (a) he's not in a cult and, (b) his flip-flopping on abortion and gay rights is a creation of the liberal media.
