Meanwhile, in Afghanistan...

Putz uses the latest resurgence of violence in Afghanistan to bash the media.
MAJOR FIGHTING in Afghanistan: "Afghan and NATO forces killed more than 200 Taliban fighters in a major operation in southern Afghanistan, NATO said Sunday."

Alternative MSM-style headline: "Over 200 killed in renewed Afghan violence."

This is truly a new low. The CBS News story Putz links to is titled, "200 Taliban Killed in Fighting." No faked pictures, no anti-Bush, pro-terrorist spin -- only Putz's vapid anti-media spin. Can you get any more dishonest than this?

The fact that we still haven't vanquished the Taliban, 5 years after 9/11, is criminal, nothing short of a national disgrace. The President and his bungling war cabinet have failed the American people and need to be held to account.

Remember when Bush said this?

That's why I said to the Taliban in Afghanistan: Get rid of al Qaeda; see, you're harboring al Qaeda. Remember this is a place where they trained -- al Qaeda trained thousands of people in Afghanistan. And the Taliban, I guess, just didn't believe me. And as a result of the United States military, Taliban no longer is in existence. (Springfield, Ohio -- 9/27/04)
But hey, why hold the President responsible for his false statements and incompetent prosecution of the war when you can just blame the media.
