Shut Up, Julie Mason.

I trust you've all slogged through Politico's very important story on the tragic sadness of the White House press corp?

First, here's the appropriate response. Second, read this and try not to laugh:

“The White House wants their friend to be in the pool and we don't know what recourse we have,” [Julie] Mason later told POLITICO. “It's just completely unfair to the press corps and flies in the face of the concept of a free press."


Ah, yes. The very same Julie Mason who complained that it was "hard to retain much after a 60-minute Gibbs WH briefing." And the very same Julie Mason who wrote this:
