This is not to say [Putz] is interested in honesty, merely that he doesn't seem to know what words mean.
A few he seems eternally flummoxed by, off the top of the ol' head:

--democracy
--bias
--torture
Feel free to leave others in comments. I may have to commence work on Professor Putz's Dictionary; words he frequently uses, along with his own chosen, imagined definitions.
Kind of like Ambrose Bierce, but less acerbic.
