The Persian Gulf looks more like Las Vegas than the badlands of Waziristan.

So true! This kind of stuff happens all the time on The Strip!
ISLAMABAD, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Suspected militants have murdered three people on the charges of spying for the United States, the News Network International (NNI) news agency reported Friday.

Three bodies were found at Karwan Manza area of South Waziristan in a canal, said the report.

A note, written in the local Pushtoo language, was found near the bodies and it accused the slain people of spying for the United States.

The note warned that other "U.S. spies" would face the same fate.

Local authorities said that the slain people were shot dead.

Around 300 tribesmen have been killed in the North and South Waziristan tribal regions in four years on the charges of spying for the United States and the Pakistani government, according to the NNI.
