I hope Scott and Matt aren't surprised by McCain's tomfoolery. After all, the most famous proponent of the thimerosal-autism link is Deirdre Imus, wife of Don Imus. Mr. Imus, you may remember, is extremely friendly with McCain. (Imus, in fact, insists he will vote for McCain.)
Anyway, this might be where St. John got the idea.
