...that Petraeus wasn't chosen to lead in Iraq because he supported the idea of adding more troops before Bush picked him?
...that Petraeus isn't, therefore, implementing the policy which came directly from the White House?
...that Bush is suggesting a draw-down to pre-surge levels for any other reason than he has no choice?
