Bush and global warming.

Putz links snarkily to this Corner post by Rich Lowry, supposedly debunking the idea that Bush has been reluctant to recognize global warming.

Except Bush, who dissed his own adminstration's report in 2002, less than a year ago said,
I think it’s — I have said consistently that global warming something is a serious problem. There is a debate over whether it’s manmade or naturally caused.
The only "debate" about global warming in 2006 was between ExxonMobil, who was saying that it was phony, and Texaco, who was saying it was super-duper phony.
