The Lamb, errrr, Sniper of God.

So, the US Army decided that sniper scopes probably aren't the best medium for biblical inscriptions -- and ordered them removed.  Aaaaaand....cue the predictable wingnut response!

And what was the passage on the scope the Army wanted removed?
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Oh right, Jesus--that name sounds familiar. I seem to remember the Nuns in Catholic school teaching me something else that guy said.

    Wasn't it Republican Jesus whose Basic Teaching was "Kill 'em all, let God sort 'em out"? I'm pretty sure His Second Teaching was "If they deserve to have money, they'll have as much money as they deserve". His Third Teaching, iirc, was "Whatever They have, They took from what was rightfully yours".
