Operation Boehner

The Red State trike force has a new mission!
If conservatives want to keep the House and win the Senate, we need to fire John Boehner as speaker of the House. We only need 16 House votes to do it.
This is going to end so well for them. As it always does.

With a daunting fiscal crisis looming and conservatives outside the House torching him at every turn, Speaker John A. Boehner might be assumed to have a shaky hold on his gavel. Instead, it appears he is enjoying the broadest support of his tumultuous two-year speakership from House Republicans.

Oh, please. Make this happen. Hilarious.

Gohmert voted for Gingrich, didn't he? There have to be more where that came from.

Step 1: Get beat in election like a pinata in juvi hall on Christmas morning.

Step 2: Start internecine warfare and decimate what questionable leadership structure you have.

Step 3:?

Step 4: Profit!

I see two possibilities here:
either (1) Boehner has indeed managed to funnel enough money to all the Important GOP Representatives (and paddleballs [the "LePetomaine maneuver"] for Gohmert, Akin, Gowdy, oh heck - paddleballs for everybody!), and thus is sitting pretty, or (2) Boehner should be thinking seriously about whether or not to go the Full Gingrich.

Regarding the Update - awesome.

The GOP could be learning that crazy isn't a good longterm strategy. The Tea Tards? Never.

Maybe Boehner should have taken that Heritage Foundation job... if they would have him.
