The clownification of Glenn Reynolds is complete.

Even though Putz lost grip with reality around 2006 and is irretrievably submerged in the feverish swamp of wingnuttia, this fact still manages to shock people when he writes a post of more than a dozen words.

Take yesterday, when called for Obama to resign and compared the LAPD to Nazis.

By sending — literally — brownshirted enforcers to engage in — literally — a midnight knock at the door of a man for the non-crime of embarrassing the President of the United States and his administration, President Obama violated that oath. You can try to pretty this up (It’s just about possible probation violations! Sure.), or make excuses or draw distinctions, but that’s what’s happened. It is a betrayal of his duties as President, and a disgrace.

Blah, blah. Blah. Nothing to see here, right? I mean, Putz has compared Barack Obama to Nazis, let alone the LAPD.

People who have been paying attention to this guy shouldn't be surprised. Putz is Jim Hoft with a JD. That's all he is.
