Republicans now officailly pro-judicial activism.

I'm not sure why people are trying to read "tea leaves" with regard to the SCOTUS and the Affordable Care Act. Of course the wingnut majority on the court will overturn it -- and the people who've been decrying "activists judges" for years will applaud.
