Expert counsel

Tucker's Folly has a wonderful little piece about how "the left" has hijacked the term "Judicial Activism", which properly belongs to conservatives who understand that the Constitution is a matter of divining "the will of the people" and not the judge's own will (which is, apparently, somehow not a form of subjective interpretation).

The tagline:
Joseph Petros is a third-year law student at Notre Dame Law School and is Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.
Well then the age-old question of how best to interpret the Constitution is settled.
