Both sides do it!
Hew Hughitt's reaction to Bill Maher's rant about Teabaggers, which was pretty funny by the way, is classic.
Though Maher said mean things about the 'baggers, I don't see where he suggested they be shot, hanged, beaten to a pulp, etc. But both sides are uncivil!
