The only shocking thing is that most Americans, more than 75% of whom are self-identified Christians, can't even get basic Bible questions right. I'm talking about crap that the average atheist could answer, like "What is the first book of the Bible."
Why should we be surprised? Americans treat the Bible the same way they treat the Constititution - like a website Terms of Use agreement. They don't bother reading it, they just click "I agree."
