Putz, who once said he'd "be in heaven with nine Clarence Thomases on the bench," writes:

Merits of Marshall's record aside -- the linked post contains nothing about it, pro or con -- it's interesting that Putz assumes his readers have forgotten Brown v. Board of Education.
