Now stay classy.Chewing Guam [Jack Fowler]
Watchdog.org’s Earl Glynn reports on the “$145 million spent by House of Representative members revealed in the Statement of Disbursements,” the public record of expenditures made by House members. Conveniently non-searchable (until now, thanks to the Sunlight Foundation) Glynn gleans goodies such as Democrat Guam Delegate Madeleine Z. Bordallo spending “$6,090 on food and beverages on Aug 11 while visiting her home district with the U.S. House Natural Resources Committee.” Man, that is a lot of coconuts.
