Everyone knows Custer died at Little Bighorn; what Dan Riehl presupposes is, maybe he didn't?

Murdered Census-taker Bill Sparkman may have been a child molester. Well, we don't have any evidence that he was, but Dan Riehl is a great crime-solver and has a good hunch or two. We also lack any evidence that he WASN'T a child molester, so it would be irresponsible of us not to speculate that he was.
