Credibility

Can we treat as credible Sarah Palin's claims that she's done with electoral politics? Discuss.

On the one hand, everyone says that up until the moment they unveil their 2012 campaign. On the other, she's a whore (in the professional sense, mind you) and will find the life of a conservative martyr is lucrative one on the lecture circuit, talk radio, etc. If she's really a dolt who only cares about money and attention, a kamikaze campaign for the White House will provide none of the former and only brief access to the latter.
