It's not that I don't think you couldn't have made a principled argument against the stimulus bill the way it was written. I for one think it was too small. But offering "do nothing" or "cut taxes" or "let them all fail" aren't serious proposals. And since the Republicans offered nothing in terms of serious proposals when they were needed, hissy fits like this are just pathetic.
