Now it's either a dog bites man story because Colin Powell, George W. Bush's Secretary of State, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, a 4-star general and lifelong Republican was all along some kind of crypto-radical lefty (because, after all, we know that's what Obama is) or it's a dog bites man story because Colin Powell is black.
