How Soon We Forget.

It's funny that Putz would consider Obama's emphasis on dignity promotion a "hollow doctrine."

He had no problem -- as late as 2004 -- saying the Bush Doctrine was a good idea and was not particularly critical of it a year later, in a post mocking "the left's tedious obsession with WMDs." (!)

Maybe it's worth quickly revisiting that illustrious doctrine:

"America has a message for the nations of the world,'' Mr. Bush said. ''If you harbor terrorists, you are terrorists. If you train or arm a terrorist, you are a terrorist. If you feed a terrorist or fund a terrorist, you're a terrorist, and you will be held accountable by the United States and our friends.''

Maybe I slept through the invasions of Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan and Pakistan. Or maybe President Bush's muscular post-9/11 talk was, um, hollow.
