I'm sure if Putz really applies himself, they'll pass Arizona St. next year.

Then again, if Tennessee actually broke into, say, the Top 40, he'd probably not be able to sit around all day and link to Jeff Goldstein and Mickey Kaus and fly off to his little gadget and car conventions. They might actually make him publish law articles and stuff.
