Not All Reporters Hate The Wire.

I went to Reuters today and remarked to a reporter that her bustling newsroom was anomalous, what with all the layoffs at Dow Jones, et al. By way of reply, she asked, "Have you seen The Wire?" When I said I had, she exclaimed, "Isn't it great!" and observed that the desk editors had the haggard look of The Sun's fictional counterparts.
