Oliver Doubles Down

Mary Akers writes an asinine piece about the fragile Mr. Rumsfeld. Mr. Willis will have none of it. He writes:

This is what qualifies as news for The Washington Post? Look, if he kicks the bucket then that's news... and I can bust out the champagne.

Certain readers complained. To his credit, Willis tells 'em to shut the hell up.

Why would I possibly wish death on Donald Rumsfeld? Clearly he and James Carville and Tom Daschle are similarly responsible for deaths of thousands of Americans and Iraqis, right?

Hope he dies, hope he rots when he dies, hope he burns on the other side.
