Glenn Reynolds: the media helps Bush when it reports terrorism, and hurts him when it reports terrorism.

No, that title isn't snark:

WHY DON'T AL QAEDA ATROCITIES GET MEDIA ATTENTION?

Because that might help Bush.

Let's leave aside for a moment that Putz has just argued that Bush and al Qaeda have a mutually-beneficial relationship.

Anyway, Putz and other Bushbots have complained for years that the media helps and supports terrorists by focusing too much on their atrocities (remember Laura Bush and that one car bomb ruining everyone's day?).

And the result of that? Yep, to hurt Bush.

So the media reports acts of terrorism -- to hurt Bush.
And the media ignores acts of terrorism -- to hurt Bush.

He doesn't even try to make sense any more.
