It really warms the heart to read posts like this (via Sullivan, who's posting a reader's comments):

Am I really supposed to take Peggy Noonan, or Glenn Reynolds, or, basically, anyone at NRO seriously when they become indignant at Bush now? All they have done (in varying degrees, of course) is carry water for this man for the last six years.

They haven't just carried Bush's water. They've carried it, chilled it, lovingly poured it, and handed it to him on a fine, cold, silver platter, in a glistening crystal glass. For 7 long years.

Far, far too late to say, "I told you so."
