Reynolds says "Apparently, not many voters are deciding to stay home. If this reflects a more general trend, that's probably good news for the Republicans."
With support for a Democratic Congress greater than that for a Republican one, I fail to see how he worked the math.
No math was necessary, because Everything Is Good For The Republicans.
