The "this" Putz refers to, if you check the link, is a blog entry about the thrice-divorced, college dropout, draft dodging drug addict quoting him on the air, without attributing the quote. So apparently if you're Putz, Rush Limbaugh lifts your words, in a broadcast, to make some point about a Max Boot piece (you know, the Max Boot who got his panties in a bunch at the supposed lack of US casualties in Afghanistan) -- and it's flattering.

Huh.
